RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All Refunds or Exchanges may incur a small processing fee + any fees imposed by our vendors (including shipping).
Typically we can issue an Return Merchandise Authorizatin (RMA) within 90 days of purchase. Otherwise it may be necessary to contact the manufacurer.
For an RMA email sales@holeinwater.com with the Order Number and item Serial Numbers with an explanation why you wish to return the item(s).
Providing the RMA is approved, will send an RMA# and return shipping instructions and forward credit as our vendor confirms the returned merchandise is received per guidelines and has applied the credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.
